1. The present petition has been filed against the order dated 29.11.2016 passed by the Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, in Criminal Revision No.172 of 2016.

2. The only grievance of the petitioner in assailing the impugned order is that the conditions imposed by the court below is too stringent and the petitioner finds it difficult to furnish the same for the purpose of release of vehicle for which the order of Supurdnama has been passed.

3. Without going into the merits of the case, this court is of the opinion that let the petitioner approach before the court below by moving an appropriate application seeking for modification of the impugned order and on such application being moved, the court below may pass an appropriate order taking into consideration the submissions put forth by the counsel for the petitioner.
