They have also filed another application for taking additional documents on records on 31.08.2021 wherein the respondents No.2&3 have submitted that the Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Bilaspur, Division No.1 has already passed an order on 23.08.2021 for forfeiture of the amount and the amount now is lying with the department. The counsel for respondents No.

2&3 further submitted that the petitioner can now move an appropriate application for withdrawal of the same from the concerned authority. Given the said submission by the counsel for the respondents No.2&3, this court is of the opinion that the order passed by this court stands complied with. The petitioner herein is at liberty to now approach the concerned authorities by making an appropriate application for withdrawal of the said amount lying with the Assistant Commissioner, Commercial Tax, Bilaspur, Division No.1. Reserving the said right of the petitioner to take an appropriate steps for withdrawal of the said amount, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
