Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a representation on 08.03.2018 (Annexure - P/1) before respondent No. 2- Collector, District Bilaspur for grant of reasonable compensation in lieu of his land acquired by the respondent authorities for the purpose of National Highway but it has not been considered and decided till date.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 - Collector, District Bilaspur is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation for grant

of reasonable compensation in lieu of his land, expeditiously. 4.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
