During the pendency of this petition, now reply has been filed by learned counsel for the respondent along with a copy of order dated 30-01-2017 (Annexure R/1), by which, final order has been passed in departmental enquiry. 3.

In view of above, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is discharged.
