1. The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking restoration of Writ Petition (S) No. 4537 of 2018.

2. In the said writ petition on 12.07.2018 one weeks' time was granted to the applicant to remove default. On 19.07.2018 further time extension for one week was granted to the applicant failing which the petition was ordered to be dismissed without further reference to the Bench.

3. The Registry has dismissed said writ petition on 14.01.2019.

4. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the M.C.C. is allowed subject to the condition that applicant shall remove the default within 2 weeks from the date of this order.
