Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 30/10/2015 (1) The grievance of the petitioner is that he is not being paid the House Rent Allowance though he is entitled for the same. (2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before the respondent No.3- The Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development, District Korba.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before the

respondent No.3. If such representation is made by the petitioner before the respondent No.3 and in turn, respondent No.3 shall decide and consider the same on its own merit and in accordance with law expeditiously.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
