The petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers: "i. To kindly direct the Respondent No. 2 to decide the representation dated 16.04.2020 made by the Petitioner; ii. To kindly direct Respondent No. 2 to hold a pre-bid meeting for all the four tenders and consider the objections of the Petitioner firm;

iii. To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including awarding of the costs to the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition has become infructuous and as such the petitioner has filed I. A. No. 03/2021, seeking permission to withdraw this petition.

Permission is granted. I.A. No. 03/2021 is ordered as prayed for. 4.
