The limited grievance which the petitioner has in this petition is that the petitioner having resigned from the service of the respondents, certain provident fund amount has till date not been released to him and which is lying in the current account of the provident fund department pertaining to the respondent Bank.

Learned counsel for the respondents on due instructions from the department submits that the respondent Bank is ready to release the entire payment to the petitioner provided the petitioner provides all necessary details and complete the formalities otherwise required for the settlement of the provident fund dues which includes providing of PRAN registration number to the respondent Bank.

Given the aforesaid submissions made by the respondents counsel, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the petitioner is directed to approach the respondent Bank and provide all necessary details as is required likewise PRAN number etc. and complete the
formalities and thereafter the respondent Bank shall ensure that the entire provident fund amount on the completion of the formalities is released to the petitioner without any further delay within a further period of 60 days from the date of completion of his formalities. 4.
