1. The applicant has preferred this First bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 135/2020 registered at Police Station Saragaon, District Janjgir-Champa C.G. for the offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC.

2. Counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh, if the occasion so arises.

3. Permission is granted. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
