The transfer order dated 25.07.2016 is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred from Kondagaon to Narayanpur whereas the husband of the petitioner was earlier transferred from Narayanpur to Kondagaon vide order dated 30.07.2016 only to accommodate him at the place where his wife/petitioner is posted. Therefore, the transfer order is challenged on the ground of it being in violation of the Government policy of keeping husband wife together. 2.

It appears that though the transfer order was issued on 25.07.2016,

-2the petitioner did not approach this Court well in time. Almost five months have elapsed. The petitioner has already made a representation to the Government to consider his posting back to Kondagaon. In these circumstances, I am inclined to dispose off the matter with the direction to the Government to consider petitioner's representation keeping in view its own policy of adjusting husband wife together at same stations or at nearby stations as far as possible and subject to exigency of service within a period of four weeks.
