Shri Pandey submits that the default(s), as pointed out by the Registry has already been removed and intimated the said fact by filing the covering memo containing the receipt regarding supply of memo of petition to the State. Perusal of the said covering memo shows that the copy of petition has already been supplied to the office of Advocate General on 22.04.2019.
2. In view of the said fact, the default(s), as pointed out by the Registry is hereby dropped.
3. Heard on admission.
4. On due consideration and for the reasons assigned therein, I am inclined to allow this petition subject to payment of cost of Rs. 2000/- payable to High Court Legal Services Committee, Chhattisgarh.
5. The petition is accordingly allowed and S.A. No. 609 of 2016 is restored to its original number.
