1. Since both the bail applications are arising out of same

MCRC No. 2881 of 2021 & MCRC No. 3688 of 2021 crime number, they are being heard and decided by this common order.

2. The applicants have preferred these second bail applications under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as they are arrested in connection with crime No.783/2020 registered in Police Station Civil Lines, Bilaspur, Distt. & Tahsil Bilaspur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 21 & 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to revive the prayer at an appropriate stage.

4. Learned counsel for the applicants seek permission of the Court to withdraw these present bail applications, however, liberty granted earlier may be kept intact.

5. There is no material change in the circumstances as even the seizure witnesses have not yet been examined.
