At the outset, taking into consideration the submission of the petitioners that despite offer of appointment, benefit is not being given to them, learned counsel for petitioners submits that after submission of authentic documents as demanded by the respondents vide letter dated 13-08-2012, 23-08-2015, 26-11-2016 (Annexure R/5, R/6, R/7), the respondents have not proceeded with the matter. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed off with a direction to the petitioners to submit necessary documents and thereafter, consider the case of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for respondents does not oppose this prayer.

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off at this stage. In addition to the documents already submitted by the petitioner vide Annexure R/5, R/6 & R/7, the petitioner shall submit necessary documents, which shall be duly considered by the respondents and take decision on the petitioner's claim. The claim of the petitioner shall be decided within a period of 60 days from the date of submission of required documents. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to revive, in case, grievance is not redressed.
