The petitioner has filed this petition for issuance of direction to respondents to consider his representation for posting him to his own district at Bilaspur on personal ground of his illness of his father. The only ground raised by the petitioner is a matter of personal difficulty. Therefore, at this stage, I am only inclined to direct respondent No.2 to consider petitioner's representation and decide the same as early as possible as and when next transfer season.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
