Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 1 has made an application before the Tahsildar, Bilaspur to make an enquiry against the petitioner for illegal construction of residential house but it is pending consideration and has not been concluded till date, therefore, the said authority be directed to conclude the same expeditiously. 2.

Be that as it may, the Tahsildar, Bilaspur is directed to conclude the enquiry after hearing the affected parties expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
