The present Cr.M.P. has been filed seeking for restoration of Cr.M.P. No.1164/2016 which was dismissed for want of prosecution on 21.10.2016. For the reasons assigned in the said application for restoration and the same found to be satisfactory, this Court is of the opinion that a strong case for allowing the present Cr.M.P. has been made out.

Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. is allowed.

As a consequence Cr.M.P. No. 1164/2016 stands restored to its original.
