Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the complainant has already been examined before the Court and she has not supported the case of prosecution, at this stage, the petitioner do not want to press this petition and prays that the trial Court may be directed to expedite the trial.

Considering the fact that the complainant has turned hostile and has not supported the case of prosecution and taking into consideration the submission of the counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as not pressed. However, looking to the inter-se relations between the complainant and accused as also the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial as early as possible.
