Shri Saleem Kazi, Dy. Advocate General for the State. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 07.12.2019 passed in WPS No.8070 of 2018. The modification sought for is to the word after used in para 1 in th said order. According to the applicants, since the petitioners have retired prior to 01.01.2006, but inadvertently in the order it has been written as after 01.01.2006 and has sought the modification to that extent.

The said modification sought for is not opposed . Accordingly, the MCC stands allowed. The order dated 07.12.2018 passed in WPS No.8070 of 2018 stands modified to the extent that in paragraph 1 of the order instead of "after 01.01.2006" it shall be read as "prior to 01.01.2006".

Let copy of this order be made part of the record of WPS No.8070 of 2018.
