The petitioner is alleging willful disobedience of order dated 08/10/2015 passed by this Court in WP (227) No.834/2015. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the authorities have instituted parallel proceedings and standing crops have been attached by the order of the Tahsildar, Berla. 3.

Without commenting upon the legality and validity of the proceedings of attachment, in my opinion, it does not amount to willful disobedience of the order passed in pending case because, no final order has been passed in the pending proceedings.
