In view of the aforesaid two letters, it is quite clear that those who have been appointed under National Health Mission could not be transferred. Therefore, respondent No.3 is required to consider and pass appropriate order. Let it be done by respondent No.3 within a period of three weeks from the
date of receipt of copy of this order.
