1. Perusal of the paper shows that the document filed along with the writ petition shows that on the earlier occasion on the same cause of action writ petition bearing WPC No. 126 of 2019 was filed and the same was dismissed on 16/01/2019. Again on the

similar facts and cause of action this writ petition has been preferred making prayer that the respondent authority may be directed to recover the amount invested/deposited by the petitioner with the chit fund company and same be paid to the petitioner so that he can liquidate the loan. The same issue has already been dismissed.

2. The petition is misconceived, therefore is liable to be and hereby dismissed.
