Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 15/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make fresh representation before respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir Champa. for grant of registration certificate as Community Health Volunteer Jan Swasthya Rakshak as granted to other trained Community Health Volunteer/Jan Swasthya Rakshak. (2) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(3) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh

representation before respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir Champa for reconsideration of order dated 20.07.2016. If such representation is filed by the petitioner before the said authority, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the representation, strictly in accordance with law expeditiously from the date of making of representation.

(4) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir Champa would be at liberty to decide the representation in accordance with law.

(5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
