This is second application for grant of anticipatory bail. Earlier application was rejected on merits vide order dated 18.08.2015 passed in M.Cr.C.A No.692 of 2015.

Learned counsel for the applicant argues that the applicant is an innocent person. The complaint was lodged by one Hemant Aahire, who is habitual complainant and when the applicant refused to accede to his illegal demand of issue of Ration Shop, false report was lodged. A media-hype was created by calling the journalist and preparing photographs. In fact, the applicant has been made an escape-goat to save the Food Inspector, who is real culprit in the matter. He submits that the panchnama report does not clearly indict the applicant has involved in the misappropriation.

This Court after consideration of various submission made rejected the application by detailed order on merits. The prayer made for grant of bail by the applicant in the second application, therefore, cannot be allowed and the bail application is rejected.
