Agrawal Order On Board 15/01/2018 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the State/respondents would submit that the petitioners have an alternative remedy to file an appeal before the Commissioner against the impugned order dated 05.10.2017.
(2) At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners may be permitted to prefer an
appeal before the Commissioner within a period of three weeks from today.
(3) The prayer appears to be fair and reasonable. (4) The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to prefer an appeal before the Commissioner. If such the appeal is filed by the petitioners before the Commissioner within a period of three weeks from today, in that event the said authority shall consider and decide the same, strictly in accordance with law, after affording proper opportunity of hearing to the parties expeditiously within a period of ten weeks from the date of filing of appeal.
