Court's order dated 8.2.2017 passed in WPC Nos.264/2017 (Smt. Rashmi Agrawal Vs. State of Chhattisgarh) & another connected writ petition i.e. WPC No.132/2017 (Ratnesh Kumar Agrawal supra), in which, the above Special Leave Appeal was preferred, is modified to the extent that the above writ petitions shall be heard for all the reliefs prayed for therein.
