The instant writ petition is cropped out due to the dispute in between the members of the community.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is duly elected Member of the Managing Committee as well as Registrar of the Marriage Society, Community Christian Church, NTPC, Korba. He further submits that the Byelaws of the Community Christian Church, NTPC, Korba provided that in case of any dispute between the members according to Clause 24, first

reference has to be made before the Central India Christian Mission (for short "C.I.C.M.") Board of Directors at Damoh and accordingly since the dispute has arisen, a reference was made to C.I.C.M. on 18.09.2015 and the same is still pending adjudication and unless according to the byelaws it will be decided, the dispute cannot be resolved.

Considering the submission made and taking into fact that the dispute is in between the community members and since the dispute has already been referred to C.I.C.M. Board of Directors at Damoh, the C.I.C.M. is directed to decided the dispute raised by the petitioner within a further period of six weeks.
