Transfer order dated 30.07.2016 is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner being a Class-III employee ought not to have transferred to another District.

By impugned order passed as back as on 30.07.2016, the petitioner was transferred from Pandariya to Lormi. The petitioner did not assail the order for long time though it is said that he has already made such representation.

At that distance of time and looking to the ground raised in the petition, I am not inclined to entertain the petition assailing transfer order at this stage. Therefore, this petition is disposed off with the direction to the respondents to consider and take a decision on petitioner's representation within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
