The petitioner has filed this petition aggrieved by transfer order dated 23.11.2016 mainly on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred in the mid-session and one of the son is studying in Class-Xth and he has to be appeared in the Board Examination.

Taking into consideration the peculiar ground raised by the petitioner, let the representation of the petitioner be decided by Transferring Authority within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. For a period of four weeks, coercive steps shall not be taken against the petitioner to compel him to join at the transferred place, if he is not already relieved. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
