Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant wants to withdraw this bail application. However, he submits that in the event of surrender of the Applicant before the trial Court and filing of regular bail application on his behalf, the said Court may be directed to decide the said bail application as early as possible.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The trial Court is directed that in the event of surrender of the Applicant and filing of regular bail application on his behalf, the said Court will decide the said bail application as early as possible, preferably on the date of its filing.
