Renu Kochar, Advocate for the appellant. The present application has been filed seeking for restoration of WP(L) No.3746 of 2007 which got dismissed for want of prosecution on 18.11.2016.

For the reasons assigned in the application and found them to be satisfactory, in the opinion of this court strong case has been made out for allowing the MCC.

Accordingly, MCC is allowed and as a consequence WP(L) No.3746 of 2007 is restored to its original number. No order asto costs.
