Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Block Education Officer ('BEO') declared the petitioner as surplus teacher in the Government Girls Primary School, Pipartarai and she was transferred to the Government Primary School, Changori as a surplus teacher by impugned order dated 21/10/2015 despite being senior from the respondents No.6 & 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the petitioner has

made a representation before the District Education Officer ('DEO') highlighting her grievance and pointing out the illegality in the order of transfer, which has not been considered and decided by the DEO till this date. 2.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the competent authority, who in turn shall consider and decide the representation expeditiously in accordance with law. 3.

The effect and operation of the impugned order dated 21/10/2015 shall remain stayed for four weeks. In that period, the representation of the petitioner shall be decided.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, writ petition stands finally disposed off.
