The impugned order directing stoppage of two increments of the petitioner with non-cumulative effect has been passed by the Janpad Panchayat, Kusmi.

By virtue of Rule 15 of the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Service (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999, the order of Janpad Panchayat is appealable before the General Administration Committee of Janpad Panchayat.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file appeal. 4.
Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.

If the appeal is filed by the petitioner within 30 days from today, the appellate authority is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
