Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Municipal Council Kumhari, District Durg to Nagar Panchayat Chikhlakasa, District Balod. He would further submit that

the petitioner is the employee of Municipal Council and has been transferred at the Nagar Panchayat, whereas his seniority is to be maintained in the Municipal Council. As such, his seniority would be affected if he is allowed to work at the transferred place. The petitioner has made representation to the State Government, but his representation has not been considered.

Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make representation before the State Government within 10 days from today, which will be considered within next 3 weeks, in accordance with law.

The petitioner is at liberty to file documents in support of his representation.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
