1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 27.02.2019 whereby the petitioner's place of posting has been

shifted from AICU to Ortho, OPD.

2. Contention of the counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is a senior most staff nurse in the establishment, therefore, under the usual practice, the senior most staff nurse is usually posted in AICU and ICU and the junior staffs are posted in OPDs.

3. Given the nature of dispute that the petitioner has raised in the present writ petition, this Court is of the opinion that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner let the petitioner make a suitable representation to respondents 4 & 5 apprising them of all the facts and circumstances of the case who in turn shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with the rules and regulations governing the field.
