1. Heard on I.A. No. 1/2017 which is an application for condonation of delay.

2. For the reasons assigned for condonation of delay in the said application and the same found to be satisfactory, I.A. No. 1 is allowed. Delay of 23 days in filing the present M.C.C. is condoned.

3. The present M.C.C. has been filed seeking for restoration of WPL No. 32/2007 which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide order passed by this Court on 27.10.2016.

4. For the reasons assigned in the said application and the same found to be satisfactory, the present M.C.C. stands allowed.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition i.e. WPL No. 32/2007 is restored to its original number.

6. No order as to costs.
