1. Mr. Saurabh Dangi has filed I.A.No.1/2017, application seeking exemption from personal appearance of the non-applicant.

2. This application has not been opposed by the applicant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. Personal appearance of the non-applicant is exempted.

3. Mr. Saurabh Dangi submits that the order impugned has been complied.

4. Mr. Mateen Siddiqui does not dispute this factual position. He submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the order dated 30-1-2017 (Annexure R-4).

5. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. No order as to costs.
