(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been attached from

Bilaspur Zone, District Bilaspur to District Jashpur, against which he may be allowed to make representation along with the circular issued by the State Government to the Director General of Police and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously. (2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(3) If the petitioner files a representation to the Director General of Police within two week from today, the Director General of Police shall decide the same in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of representation.

(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
