This application has been filed by the petitioner seeking correction in so far as the description of petitioner No.2 is concerned and nothing more. Considering the statement made in the affidavit, the application is allowed and in order dated 22.09.2016, the name of the school of petitioner No.2-Sudama Ram shall be read as "Government Primary School Soukiyapara, Village Soukiyapara, Block-Bhaiyathan" in place of "Government Primary School Karkoti, Village Karkoti, Police Station and Tahsil-Bhaiyathan".

MCC is accordingly disposed off.
