Agrawal Order On Board 03/11/2015 (1) By the impugned order 26.10.2015 passed by the Collector, the petitioner, who is working as Upper Division Teacher, has been transferred from Middle School State School to Middle School Gadaghat/Khairagarh.

(2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that it is a midterm transfer, which is likely to affect the educational carrier of his children, who are studying at Rajnandgaon; and his wife is also working as Rajnandgaon as Upper Division Teacher and, as such, he may be allowed to make representation before the Collector, Rajnandgaon.

(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.

(4) In view of above, petitioner is directed to free make representation to the Collector, Rajnandgaon, who in turn, shall consider the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within two weeks from the date of receipt thereof. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the petition shall stand finally disposed of.

(6) For the period of two weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
