The present is a third round of litigation on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner for the same relief had earlier filed a writ petition and subsequently had filed a contempt petition and now is filing again a fresh writ petition.

The grievance of the petitioner is the inaction on the part of the respondents in not considering the representation which the petitioner has made seeking for a relief of regularization. According to the petitioner, he is working under the respondents as a daily wage employees since 2005 and since more than 16 years have passed, the respondents till date have not regularized the services

of the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner had on an earlier occasion filed a writ petition, which was disposed of directing the respondents to decide the claim, thereafter, the petitioner preferred a contempt, which too was disposed of to make a fresh representation, which too till date has not been decided and since by efflux of time being limitation for initiating the contempt proceedings has left, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.

Without entering into the merits of the case, particularly taking note of the order passed by this Court in WPS No. 467/2017 dated 10.02.2017 and also the order passed in Contempt Petition No. 1178/2018 dated 16.11.2018, the present writ petition at this juncture is disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 & 3 to take an appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest positively within a period of 60 days from today. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
