1. With consent of both the parties, instant matter is being disposed of at motion stage itself.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits during argument that he be permitted to present receipt of deposit along with an application for adjustment of account.

3. On the above submission, nothing is submitted by the respondent.

4. Perused the para 13 of the impugned award passed by the Public Utility Permanent Lok Adalat, Bilaspur.

5. On due consideration and as per prayer of the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction that if the petitioner files an application before the office of respondent along with receipt of the amount deposited, if any, the same be disposed of after adjustment in account, if applicable, within 30 days from the date of receipt of such application.

6. No order as to costs.
