Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 0 5 /07/201 (1) Counsel for the State submits that impugned order dated 30.03.2016 passed by Regional Transport Authority, Bilaspur is revisable before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal. (2) In view of above, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to prefer revision before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal against the impugned order and the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.
(3) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(4) Accordingly, if the petitioner prefers revision before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal for redressal of his grievances within a period of 15 days from today, the State Transport Appellate Tribunal shall consider and decide the same within a further period of 30 days from the date of presentation of the revision petition filed by the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
