1. The present MCC gas been filed seeking restoration of the writ petition i.e. WPS No. 1310/2019 which got dismissed by way of a peremptory order passed on 26/02/2019.

2. For the reasons assigned in the application and finding them satisfactory, subject to the petitioner depositing an amount of Rs. 1000/- before the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association Library Fund Account No. 32749718036 within a period of seven days from

today and on producing the receipt of the same to the Registry, the writ petition WPS No. 1310/2019 would stand restored to its original number.
