Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/03/2017 Amongst various grounds which have been raised, the petitioner now confines his prayer only to the aspect that while posting the petitioner at Marwahi, policy of keeping husband and wife together as far as possible, at the same or nearby station, has not been kept in view. It is submitted that the wife of the petitioner is working as Upper Division Teacher at Govt. School, Ameri, Block - Takhatpur whereas the petitioner has been transferred to Block - Marwahi. Considering the submission, the petitioner may prefer representation before the District Education Officer to explore the possibility to post the petitioner at any other nearer station where the wife of the petitioner is working, subject to administrative exigency.

If representation is moved, the same shall be considered and decided by respondent No.2 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of

representation.
