Agrawal Order On Board 03/11/2015 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that Chhattisgarh Rajya Ausuchit Janjati Ayog on 4.6.2015 has made recommendation in favour of the petitioner that she is the wife of late Tribhuvan Singh and entitled for 50% of the service benefits of late Shri Tribhuvan Singh, who was former SECL employee, which has not been complied with by the SECL.
(2) In view of submission made by counsel for the petitioenr, the petitioner is directed to make representation to respondent No. 2
within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the receipt of representation of the petitioner.
(3) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
