1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the candidature of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that the petitioner got her name registered in the employment exchange on 2-5-2013 after the last date of submitting applications i.e. 23-2-2013, as on that day she was not having the live registration certificate which is contrary to the Full Bench decision rendered by this Court in Writ Appeal No.411/2014 (State of Chhattisgarh and another v. Roshni Sahu) and other connected matters, decided on 21-10-2016.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the competent authority along with a copy of the order passed by the Full Bench in Roshni Sahu's case (supra) within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in that case, her candidature will be considered by respondent No.2

strictly in accordance with law keeping in view the decision of the Full Bench, and her eligibility will be considered afresh keeping in view of order of the Full Bench.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
