The present petition has been filed seeking for restoration of CRR No. 345 of 2017 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2019 passed in the said revision.

On due consideration, subjected to the petitioner depositing a cost of Rs. 1,000/- to the High Court Legal Aid Committee within a period of 07 days, the CRR No. 345 of 2017 shall stand restored to its original number.

Accordingly, the CRMP stands disposed of.
