The impugned order dated 24.08.2015 passed by Collector, Raigarh is revisable before the State Government/Commissioner under Section 331 of the Chhattisgarh Municipalities Act, 1961. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he be granted liberty to prefer revision before the competent authority. 3.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers revision before the competent authority, State Government/Commissioner as the may be a period of 30 days from today, the Revisional Authority shall decide the same expeditiously.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case.
