Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 05/01/2017 Heard on I.A. No.1, application for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application.

Upon due consideration, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the restoration application (MCC) is condoned.

Heard on prayer for restoration.

Considering the submission that the default was removed though with a delay of only one day, I am inclined to restore the petition to its original number.
