1. Learned Counsel for the Respondents intimated that pending the Petition the order of punishment has been issued terminating services of the Petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the Petition with a liberty to avail the other remedies available against the order of punishment passed by the Respondents.

3. The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
